C82 is a real estate investment firm based in Dallas, Texas founded by Blake Purnell in the spring of 2016. Blake has been in the commercial real estate business since 1993. After graduating from The University of Texas in Austin, Blake spent his first 8 years at Lincoln Property Company as a financial analyst and later as an industrial leasing agent. He then worked for Holt Lunsford Commercial as a leasing agent from 2001 until 2003. Then, from 2003 to 2016, Blake worked exclusively on the Bank of America account as a Vice President with CBRE (previously Trammell Crow Company) and later as a Senior Transaction Manager with JLL. Transaction work on the Bank of America account included site acquisitions, dispositions, ground leases and lease renewals for both retail and office uses.
